new year's sales
Once again the new year sales have just about finished, all the bargains gone and it's not even January yet. To be honest I just don't understand those who feel the need to queue through the night to be first through the door at 4.30 am even for the rare items from those purveyors of luxury and unique memorabilia knows as NEXT.
But I do need a couple of things...
Once again I find at this time of year the bathroom scales have started weighing incorrectly, the washing machine has clearly stuck in boil wash resulting in shirts that have all shrunk?!
Clearly, these items have all failed just over a year and hence out of guarantee, it's a conspiracy from the manufacturers!
There can be no other explanation.
