well, it seems the early snow has been tempted the snow bunnies to whiter pastures by the planeful leaving no late availability ski deals. Despite missus cuttsy's best efforts (& she really is a black belt in late, cut price deals) we are at home for Christmas with no plans and no food in the cupboards.

Last year we had a combination Turkey stuffed with a duck with the layers stuffed with a fruity, oaty, tasty force meat mix. It was lovely, bloody lurvely!

So, with less than a week to go the chances of getting anything so 'bespoke' is remote, the search begins in earnest...
