dreams
Let me say from the outset that I am one of those people who do not remember their dreams, the only time I remember anything about a dream is if I wake up during the dream and even then the memory flutters away leaving for a short while the emotions and then at best vague recolections!
Others, mrs cuttsy being one of them, remember all their dreams (although I am not sure how you would know), mrs cuttsy gets a night chock full of dream time entertainment. Real, vivid and often serialised so she can return to the story on forthcoming nights!
This is so unfair, I mean there is so much crap on TV a good serialised drama, directed by cuttsy, produced by cuttsy and starring cuttsy would have to be good for at least a BAFTA or even a golden globe, why should Gervais get all the silverware!
Did I not pay my dream TV liscence or something?
Why do I have to miss out eh?
So having read a little about this on t'internet there are techniques to practise to build up dream memory and they don't all involve cheese. I'll let you know!
Do you remember your dreams?
**Update**
On reading the various comments I have formulated a plan!
- Friday morning cheese on toast,
- Friday lunch cheese and tomato roll,
- Friday afternoon, hypnotherapy,
- Friday evening, a cheese fondue,
- Friday night, earplugs in and get a good nights sleep (it's been a busy day),
- Go to sleep thinking about dreaming,
- Wake up naturally, Saturday morning no alarm clock, earplugs in peace and quite
- On waking, don't open eyes or move - focus on remembering the dream(s)
- Right 'em down
- Blog 'em (if appropriate)

Yes I remember my dreams! I can also fast forward/ rewind/ rewrite/ pause until the next night!
Have to say that 90% of my dreams are as boring as my blog/ life, so they're nothing to brag about!
and as for the other 10%... *ahem* blushing here!
;o)
I never used to remember my dreams until I had hypnotherapy about 8 years ago.
I must admit I prefered it when I didn't rememeber them.
perhaps I should have hypnotherapy and get one of those dream video recorders of ruthies installed in my head!
All this cheese is having unwanted side effects!

I only remember mine at the weekends. Apparently, in order to remember your dreams, you have to wake up naturally rather than being woken artifically by say an alarm clock, or a dog barking, or your boss shaking you violently whilst shouting "Wayne get your face off the keyboard that beeping noise is really irritating", that kind of thing.
Cheese?!?!! no, you don't want that... you want to start stalking someone!
Sit at their window, making as much noise as possible. When they've had enough of the noise, they eventually let you in... Go and sit in their kitchen, repeat the miaowing (and I stress this must be at the TOP of your voice).
I guarantee, they will then feed you, just to shut you up... you can then go and crash out on their sofa! Best dreams you'll have, and the fullest belly too!
Ah Stalker Cat, your plan has a flaw. You have to be feline to get away with it.
The last time I sat staring through someones window making loud purring noises the police were called! I did though get to spend the night 'inside'
*waves to all* I've always had very vivid dreams and usualy remember them, the most common ones involves my teeth falling out, poo - you don't want to know- and 'getting off' with very odd men.
